The Pelvic Girdle - About the Course

THE PELVIC GIRDLE
Designed to teach treatment techniques that you can apply immediately in clinical situations for increased effectiveness.

An introductory course in the structure and function of the pelvic girdle complex. The workshop includes a review of relevant anatomy, with a presentation of normal pelvic girdle mechanics, evaluation and treatment labs.

Following the course, you will be able to evaluate the sacroiliac joint complex for normal and abnormal function. In addition, you will be able to treat pelvic girdle lesions with gentle, safe and effective mobilization techniques, utilizing manual techniques and isometric mobilizations.

This is a research-based presentation. Every attempt has been made to stress reliability and validity of the evaluation and treatment protocols.
